Jodie Koehler has spent over 15 years’ working in the food industry. Jodie holds a Bachelor of Science degree and also a Graduate Certificate in Food Science & Technology. She is a registered Food Safety Auditor with Exemplar Global and SQFI & a current professional member of the Australian Institute of Food Science & Technology (AIFST)
Jodie has extensive experience in Quality Assurance where her career began, coupled with her
knowledge of microbiology, Jodie gained the immense passion for food safety which has led her to wanting to assist others in this field.
Jodie has worked in a number of different industries including bakeries, abattoir, frozen food and fresh salads directly in Quality Assurance so understands your issues & frustrations and can assist your business by proving realistic & practical solutions to any hurdles you may encounter during your food safety and quality journey. During her time working in QA Jodie developed her high level of practical and hands on experience in not only the implementation of a range of food safety and quality systems, but also in preparing for audits & maintaining a system from a day to day running perspective.
Since moving to third-party auditing, Jodie has completed hundreds of audits across a number of food safety systems and industries including produce, manufactured foods, eggs, meat, food transport & distribution. Even though based in Perth, Western Australia, Jodie travels extensively both within Australia and overseas.
Jodie is experienced, passionate and has the knowledge to help you on your food safety journey no matter how big or small your business is with ease and peace of mind.
